On this page you’ll find a range of audios and music that have been created to help you manage any stresses and anxieties you may have – particularly when you are studying.

These are very surreal and different times we find ourselves in, and managing your mental health and wellbeing is of paramount importance.

Ezywalk has been produced with the help and guidance of professional personal trainers and has beed reviewed and is supported by Diabetes Australia (NSW).  Starting with a few minutes per day, listeners are guided through an easy to follow audio program that will get them walking and stretching upto 30 minutes per day.  Walking is a proven stress management tool, and a great addition to the other health resources you can provide for your clients.
